“We had been looking around at apartments for about three weeks. Fresco was by far the most organized and responsive. Property manager Kayla Johnson is awesome. I moved in this week and she has continued to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, not fake or pushy. When I had a problem with my key and a neighbor in my carport spot our first day, maintenance and the security patrol addressed the issues immediately, with a follow up call the next day from Kayla. The property speaks for itself. It is lovely, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Kids play football on the grass outside my window but when I step into my apartment I can barely hear them through the double-pane glass. Our unit was spotless when we moved in and is very comfortable with nice modern carpet and wall colors. Love the large tub and bathroom! The built-in desk is my other favorite! Highly recommend Fresco.”

“So, I must admit I was waiting on giving a review since we moved here 7 months ago. The reason for that is because I really wanted to give the review that this community deserves. And for that to happen we needed to establish a little bit of time residing here. When we had to relocate quickly due to a house fire, and KAYLA and the whole team at FRESCO went above and beyond to support us during a very stressful time. They expedited our move-in process with compassion and efficiency, making sure we had a safe and comfortable place to land. And for that I will be forever grateful for. Maintenance has been incredibly responsive--every issue we've reported has been addressed promptly and professionally. They've also gone the extra mile to help us resolve parking issues, showing genuine concern for our comfort and convenience. But what truly sets this community apart is the way they treat families. The care they show toward children, along with the thoughtful events they organize for back-to-school and holiday celebrations, speaks volumes about their commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment. It's more than just a place to live--it's a place that we get to call home. We're truly grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff.
